(a) In accordance with the current legal provisions in force regarding electronic commerce, the possibility of withdrawal would not be provided for the reservations of the services offered by Mignon parking. Nevertheless, Mignon parking offers all its customers the opportunity to cancel their reservations free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the same.
(b) The Customer who intends to cancel their reservation can do so by sending an email to mignonparking@gmail.com This email must contain the Customer's decision to cancel their reservation, their personal data and the identification number of their reservation. The time of sending the email will be valid to determine whether or not the customer is entitled to a refund of his reservation.
(c) Without prejudice to the right to verify the timing within which the cancellation was made, if the conditions are met, Mignon parking will refund 85% of the total cost incurred by the Customer. This refund will be made only through the Paypal circuit; if the Customer does not have a Paypal account, he is required to open one and communicate the details to Mignon parking by email or registered A / R within 14 days from the date of forwarding the cancellation in order to be able to enjoy his refund. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued in your favor.
(d) In the event of reservations canceled after the maximum term of 24 hours, or not canceled and not used, no refund will be issued to the customer and Mignon parking will retain 100% of the booking amount
